EN 397 Shock absorption testing machine is measured by the direct measurement of the maximum force

transmitted to a rigidly mounted Head headform on which the helmet is fitted

1.The drop height minimum 2.5m

2.The striker shall be allowed to fall on to the centre of the crown of the helmet shel from a height of 1000mm±5mm,measured from the point of impact on the helmet to the underside of the striker

3.Include impact test device and clip
