JB-500W type impact testing machine is used for the measuring the performance of metal material’s resistance in the process of dynamic loading impact, in order to judge the character of the material under dynamic load. 

  In accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "pendulum-type impact test machine", this testing machine has been developed and produced; then according to GB/T229-1994 "metal Charpy notched impact test method", the metal material has been impact tested, the maximum impact energy is 500J and with one 250J swinging hammer, 

the specimen cross-section used for the 10× 10mm; testing machine has a larger impact energy, so mainly for the ferrous metals of larger impact toughness testing , such as iron and steel and their alloys. 

The machine according to the national standard GB/T 3808-3808 inspection of pendulum impact testing machine development and production, in accordance with GB/T 229-

2007 "metal material charpy pendulum test method" to impact test of metallic materials, and conform to the JJG 145-2007 "verification regulation pendulum impact  testing machine. If change the structure forms and replacement parts, but at the same time meet the American standard, European standard ASTM electronics, EN 10045, 

ISO 148, ISO 83 and other related international standard requirements.
