Equipment Description:

Work principle:

The machine adopts the electromagnetic absorption and release the impact hammer with pierced cone, let it be free 

fall, fall down for impact and puncture test.

1. Head mold:according to the IRAM 3620 B appendix A of the helmet test method standard to produce.

2. Rack:can be hung and releasing the hammer, pierced cone.

3. Impact hammer:Hammer weight 5 ± 0.1kg, hammer hemispherical radius of 48mm, made of 45 # steel.

4. Puncture: weight 3 ± 0.05 kg, the cone angle of the puncture part 60 °, cone radius 0.5mm, length 40mm, maximum 

diameter 28mm, hardness 45-50HRC. After installing two drop hammer impact fully compliant.

5.Powered display device: When contacting puncture cone head mold, forming a closed loop circuit, audible alarm signal.

6. Drop hammer height:1000mm.

7. Test by head mold each one.By IRAM 3620 B as specified in Appendix A of the production.
