Falling ball impact test machine is used to test the firmness for plastic, ceramic, acrylic, glass fiber, paint and other materials. The machine is to adjust at a certain height with steel balls of a certain weight, and the ball freely fall against the specimen, so that to judge the quality of the test products according to the extent of the damage. 3.Precautions and maintenance

a) Make the center of ball align to the fixture center and fixed.

b) Pay attention to safety after the ball falls maybe out of the box.

c) Don’t use a sharp object to scratch the surface of the machine.

d) Wipe the table after each test is completed.

e) Wipe the ball clean and put back in the box.

f) Turn off the power after the test is completed.
